Organizational Form Change of Russian Companies and Financial Performance This article investigates organizational form change of Russian enterprises — open and closed joint-stock companies. The results of empirical study of 67 enterprises representing different industries from various regions are introduced. Analysis of corporate governance factors for the sample companies is provided.
